If we had screen text that could be shifted around to different positions on the game screen or even changed, new possibilities will arise.

Examples of use:

• Personalized HUD displays for custom elements.
• A cursor for tutorials or explanations.
• Eye-catching text animation that functions the same way wherever you go.
• Pinpointed dialogue/captions moving along with anything in motion.

Actually, I'm curious whether or not this is possible to implement or if anybody else would like it. Personally, I'd love to see this happen.
