[i] Overall stats below the default level still have a "+"

Don't mind the Full Iron Armor being selected. I forgot to deselect it before taking this screenshot, but my cursor was hovering over the Character at the bottom-left corner. I also shouldn't have shown the Handcuffs equipped, but it still has the overall Speed stat below the default.

When a stat is below the default OVERALL, there is still a plus sign, displayed with the minus sign.
As you can see, my speed stat in the above picture is supposed to be one point below the default (I am wearing Spiked Boots and Full Iron Armor), but the game doesn't remove the plus sign.
