[15] Floating islands from first level exist above this one

In the beginning of First Dimension: X, the player falls between some floating islands with 2 NPCs that are unreachable. In Fifteenth Dimension: Dissonance, these same islands appear to be copy/pasted above the level and are reachable with highly upgraded Winged Boots. The NPCs can be talked to and both say "Hello World!"
