i don´t know id if you know but there are several songs that are not played when put in background level. these are:
- Adventure Theme
- Void Meadow
- Cathedral
- Desert Castle
- Boss Battle
- Amyxo
- Espionage
- Marcia Minor
- Techno Cave
- Twisted Polka
- Sanctuary Echo - Orchestra
- Inspiritional Rock
- Final Theme
- Town Theme
- Overworld

All the others song if they work, but these not Why?

They were removed to reduce the filesize for Newgrounds, etc. They will return in Null Space RC3.

not all of them... some of them still work for me. i noticed the ones from the FIRST game don,t work. unless they were put into chapter 2 story mode.

It's only the themes which weren't used in Null Space, which got removed. So while it's mostly stuff from Chapter 1 it's not like all themes from Chapter 1 were removed in the end.
