A function that regenerates anything disposable.

Want an endless supply of hearts? Trying to bring all the collected Squares back in a particular area? What about Respawn Points (a little out of context, but still)? Maybe you want Item Drops to respawn? Need immortal enemies (but don't have room to use the existing trick?)?
Hopefully this could happen, but I don't know how hard it might be to implement it.
