There's no noticeable difference between snow set at 1% strength and at 100% strength. This does not occur for rain.

As a side note, the description for the "snow strength" trigger says "Set it to 0 to turn off rain".

I've noticed that too.

I've noticed a difference between 1 and 100, but it takes a large difference between numbers for the snow to actually change.
