This is pretty minor, but I've found that the "LD only reference marker" item is ALWAYS in the mid front, regardless of the specified layer. This can make it a little harder to work with if you need to have a reference when working with things inside tiles - or anything in the Front layer. Again, it's only minor, but this can make personalized references a little more difficult to handle depending on what you're doing. (i.e. marking down where you are moving items to via the "Move Item" function, but need to refer to the exact coordinates when specifying them. Because the reference marker will always be behind Front tiles, its exact position can be forgotten/lost, as it will be hidden every time.)

Just realized it is the same with "invisible light source" items. Again, it can sometimes be hard to handle it when designing under things in the Front layer.

This bug also affects Squares.
