All of a sudden it is unavailable. Is the website gone?

Simply suspended. I'm fairly certain that Runouw is taking action against this issue.
As of now it's mostly inconvenient but nothing too dramatic.
Also contacted him myself today, hoping that he'll read about this in one way or another.

You cannot even access the level portal from the SM63 download version, but for some reason you can access the wiki.

Has there been any crash of this form back when I haven't joined?

Quite strange indeed.

Runouw.com was suspended by my web host because the database exceeded the maximum allowed database storage size of 2 gigabytes. I am attempting to amend this issue, but it's not a 100% guarantee that it will be back up soon. If this remains a problem, I may have to re-locate hosts which would mean the site might be down for a few days.

Why can't our site even take a hundreth of my hard disk's capacity? Isn't it possible to increase the limit?

The level portal is hosted directly on whatever server was being used for runouw.com, so it makes sense that it would go down with the site. The wiki is hosted on Wikia, which is its own thing that's not connected in any way with runouw other than being linked to in the header.

Anyway rest in phpbb runouw.com. Or not. Or whatever. I guess I'm not that worried, except for some of the newer members who might not have known about IRC or the LL site and might be confused about the impromptu downtime. Hope you're able to get it back up and running within the next few days.

There is literally no reason to be angry. Things are down for a bit, it's not permanent.
