[G/Tr] Moving quickly will offset dest. of Move Character.

Postby Triple J » Sat Jul 18, 2015 2:36 pm

If you are in motion just as a Move Character function takes place, depending on how fast you were moving, whether jumping, falling or running, the destination will end up being inaccurate. It will only be accurate to the pixel if you remain perfectly still.

I think it's because you put "relative" in movement speed, keeping the character at the same speed he was before being teleported.

Can now confirm that making movement "absolute" still doesn't solve this. I just tried it out and there is still an offset after moving quickly, even though the player has been stopped at the destination.
