Won't save

Whenever I play, it won't save the next time I play. It says it auto saves, but then the file says new file when I return, which means it's gone. It's honestly really frustrating when you've worked so hard, and it disappears the next time you would like to play.

Are you sure that you haven't deleted all the cookies for flash player or changed the settings?
