[Tr/G] "Move Character" does nothing, eagle kicking/climbing

While the player is eagle kicking or climbing up a ledge (I think it's the same with hanging from a ledge, but I can't seem to tell. While eagle kicking it's more concerning, though), the effects of a "Move Character" function will be skipped, sometimes (mildly) breaking levels. The only workaround I found is forcing a cinema cutscene a single frame before the "Move Character" function takes place (and making sure the cinema ends).
