[X] Camera center moved far away refreshes enemies/delta/etc

It seems that the following issue wasn't present in Chapter 1, but in this chapter, instead of the player's position, it is the camera's position that, when moved far enough away, refreshes certain elements. (i.e. Enemy positions, delta used, delta orb positions[?].)
