Function that can enable/disable specified player actions.

Don't want the player to be able to talk to NPCs or read signs (though doors should still be accessible)? Want to disable jumping and/or attacking (having weapons and/or kicking/rolling disabled)? What about Delta Mode?

If it's possible Runouw can program something like this, your wishes may come true! Or my wishes.

so this is really easy to add in the engine's current state. I'll add it to the "suggestions that are actually doable" list.
