Allow us to give HP to Blocks, which lowers as it's attacked, and when it hits zero, allow us to do a Trigger.

Good for hidden passages, and block bosses.

You can already do that with invisible enemies. It's bit buggy in NS RC2, but will be fixed in RC3.
