Frozen Tome

I've noticed that you can't obtain the frozen tome anymore.
It is the coolest weapon in the game. Please bring it back.

It has been brought back in RC3, right at its place in Dimension 11: Curiosity, so no worries.
Funnily, I didn't know the Frozen Tome until yesterday.

It's in the chest under the first enchant room. You need a pair of winged boots (You can get from Dimension 15: Dissonance. Go to far right and climb the wall and then trace the way to a chest and a big triangle)

iirc a pair of winged boots isn't even enough. You have to upgrade them until +2 at least I think.

I just didn't upgrade it and I reached the top. I think jump +3 is enough to climb the roof.
