Is that a town on fire in the background? Is it implied that our hooded hero is to blame? Was he protecting it and failed? Or did he set it ablaze on purpose?

He could also be escaping. This might be from before he obtains his Delta powers and martial art skills.

...But it's up to whoever sees this piece of art, really. And maybe up to you. I don't know if you want to put a burning city in the Hero's past.
